Full Disclosure Policy documents are posted every quarter and mirrored on the DILG FDP Portal (fdpp.dilg.gov.ph). If a document you need is not yet up, it may still be in preparation for the current quarter — check back after the posting date, or request it through FOI below.

Request information (FOI)

Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, you may request public records not yet posted on this site. Write to the Municipal FOI Receiving Officer with your name, contact details, and a clear description of the record. Requests are acted on within fifteen (15) working days.

Found an error in a posted document, a project on the ground that doesn't match its report, or anyone asking for money to "fast-track" a transaction? Report it — anonymously if you prefer. Every report is logged and routed to the Office of the Mayor for action.
