- Barangay Business Clearance — original and one photocopy, from the barangay where your business is located.
- DTI Business Name Registration (sole proprietors) or SEC Certificate of Registration (corporations and partnerships).
- Community Tax Certificate (cedula) for the current year.
- Sketch or photo of your business location — a simple hand-drawn map is accepted.
- Occupancy Permit, if your business will operate in a newly constructed building.

- Get the application form at the BPLO counter and fill it out.
- Submit your complete requirements and receive your assessment of fees.
- Pay at the Municipal Treasurer's Office and keep your official receipt.
- Claim your business permit at the BPLO releasing window.
