The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) announces that applications for the municipal scholarship program for Academic Year 2026–2027 are now open.
The program supports qualified students from low-income Isulanen families enrolled or enrolling in accredited colleges and universities. Interested applicants should prepare the basic requirements: a duly accomplished application form (available at the MSWDO), certificate of enrollment or registration, latest grade report, barangay certificate of residency, and a certificate of indigency or the family’s latest income documents.
Applications are accepted at the MSWDO, ground floor of the Municipal Hall, Kalawag II, during office hours, Monday to Friday. Slots are limited and applications will be evaluated in the order they are received, per the program guidelines.
