The Municipality of Isulan procures goods, infrastructure projects, and consulting services through open competitive bidding, conducted by its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) in accordance with the government procurement law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Where invitations are posted. Every Invitation to Bid is published in three places: on this website under Bid Notices, on the PhilGEPS portal, and on the BAC bulletin board at the Municipal Hall, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. Each invitation carries its own contract reference number, approved budget, and complete schedule of bidding activities — always rely on the posted invitation for those details.
What suppliers need. Interested bidders must be registered with PhilGEPS and must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the invitation. Bidding documents are obtained from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of the applicable fee under the approved schedule of fees.
Where to ask. The BAC Secretariat entertains inquiries at the Municipal Hall during office hours, Monday to Friday. Pre-bid conferences, submission deadlines, and bid openings follow the schedule stated in each invitation.
